• Please note that standard post does not include a tracking number. Please choose the "registered with tracking" shipping option if you want to be able to track your item.

• EXPEDITED SHIPPING via courier FedEx US/EUROPE the times range between 4-6 days.

When ordering for a special occasion for a specific time keep in mind that postal delays could potentially extend the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control. The ETA to US is between 21 working days but it can take up to 4-5 weeks depending; on your country's Customs Declaration, the season Christmas/New Year, etc.
• Gift Wrapping:
All our items are already shipped gift-wrapped! If you would like to add a personalized note, we’d be happy to include that free of charge. Also, if you wish to send your purchased items directly to the recipient, simply put down their address in the Etsy transaction.
PLEASE NOTE:
• make sure you're in an ALERT mode when filling out your postal address when checking out. Packages will go awol for a month up to 3 months if an insufficient address is provided; the wrong post code, wrong street number etc. We will not take the blame & refund will only be considered when the package returns in safety.
• Highly NOT recommended that you leave for your vacation after ordering. We are more than happy to hold the package until your return.
